By using NestGuard, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of your own minor child, and that you consent to our review of the relevant publicly available information for the purpose of protecting that child. You agree not to use our service to monitor or investigate any other adult or any child who is not in your legal care.

3. Strict Legal & Ethical Commitment

Our services are strictly ethical and lawful. Under no circumstances do we:

• Steal, recover, or bypass passwords or authentication;
• Install spyware, stalkerware, malware, or any covert monitoring software;
